Dr. Sheikhan

Dr. Sheikhan was raised in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, where he developed an early passion for dentistry—an interest inspired by his mother and grandmother. He began his academic journey at Rowan University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree, and later pursued his dental education at the esteemed Howard University College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.

To further enhance his clinical skills and gain expertise in sedation dentistry, Dr. Sheikhan completed advanced training through the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.

Dr. Sheikhan is known for his warm, compassionate approach to patient care. He takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for every patient, with a special focus on those who experience dental anxiety. His commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care is evident in every aspect of his practice.

Outside the office, Dr. Sheikhan enjoys watching football—especially cheering on the New York Jets—taking walks, and spending quality time with friends.
