The ongoing spread of the COVID-19 is a global emergency. At Three Rivers Dental Group, we want to assure you our patient’s health and safety is our first priority. We are taking extra safety precautions while actively monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. We have been complying with the American Dental Association’s recommended protocol. For more information see the ADA’s official guidelines in this informational handout for dentists.
If you currently have an appointment scheduled, but are feeling ill with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please contact your Primary Care Doctor prior to coming to your dental appointment to keep yourself and others safe. Our intent is to continue to provide important dental services while keeping your health and well-being a top priority. We appreciate your support and shared efforts to help keep our communities strong and healthy.
With social distancing, reduced patient visits and thorough cleaning and sterilization we can continue to offer dental care in this time of crisis. At Three Rivers Dental we have, and always will continue to practice sterilization and disinfection protocols. Our clinical staff wears protective face masks, disposable gloves and washes hands frequently and between every patient encounter. We also sanitize all hard surfaces with a 99.9% virucidal cleanser.
We are implementing proactive measures in our dental offices to limit exposure and maintain a safe environment. Waiting rooms will be reconfigured to accommodate social distancing, hand sanitizers are readily available in our offices at all times for personal use, and we are offering new plastic-wrapped toothbrushes free to our patients.
With our new LiveChat website service, patients can easily ask questions in the safety of their own homes. Rest assured your health and safety are our primary concern. At Three Rivers Dental we care about dental health and the safety of our patients and their families. Contact us with any further questions. We’re conveniently located throughout the Pittsburgh area in Greentree, Cranberry, and Greensburg.
